Listed below are some common questions I get asked. If you don't see your question asked here, please contact me and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
Where are you located?
I am primarily located at Pacific Spirit Therapeutics where I work Sunday, Monday, Thursday and Friday. Please follow this link for availability and hours.

How far will you travel with your massage appointments?​
Due to timing and distance, I am currently only providing in home/ hotel treatments in downtown Vancouver. In essence this means I do not travel across any bridges or venture East of Main Street.

Will I have to undress for my massage?
You are free to undress to your own comfort level. As a regulated health care professional, I am held to the highest of ethical standards and will ensure your comfort and privacy is respected at all times. To address your concerns, it may be beneficial for direct skin contact and with the use of a lotion or oil. However your comfort is my primary concern and will regularly check in with you throughout the treatment.

What can I expect from an in home or in hotel suite massage appointment?
In short, exactly the same as you would expect from seeing me at Pacific Spirit Therapeutics or other clinics you may have visited. I will arrive at your home approximately 20 minutes prior to your scheduled massage appointment where I will set up my massage table. The only difference is that the treatment is conducted in the comfort of your own home. Please ensure there is enough space for a massage table to be placed!

What payment methods do accept?
I can accept all major credit cards, debit cards and cash. For traveling massage I will accept, etransfer, exact cash, credit cards and a personal cheque. Card payments for traveling massage will be taken by a square reader.

Can you direct bill my insurance company?
I can. At the time of booking I may take your insurance details to pre authorise the treatment. Please email me with any questions you may have about this. Appointments at Pacific Spirit Therapeutics will require your insurance details to be brought in also and will be processed by myself. Understand that sometimes insurance companies may not accept the billing request, so please be prepared to settle with me in a different payment method.

Do you accept ICBC cases?​
Yes! Please email me before booking to ensure I have all the information prior to our appointment.

How can I cancel my appointment?
Please try to give me as much notice as you possibly can. I am self employed and when a client does not show up, or cancels last with a moments notice, it is a loss of income as well as a lost opportunity for another client to have booked with me. If the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of your massage, you will be charged for this. Thank you for your understanding regarding this. I understand that things happen that cannot be prevented, and will do my best to accommodate the best way I can.

Can I hire you for any sporting or special events?
Dependant on my schedule, I may be available to participate in your event. Please contact me for my rates and for any other information.
